The D ring at the finger tips can either be secured with this hook or the D Ring can be locked to the base of the hook with one of our padlocks (not included) and the snap hook secured to a restriction point. We regret that this item is currently only available in size Small which fit a hand up to 9 1/2" (24cm) around including the thumb, however as an alternative we recommend the MITT 4 - Padded Mittens which will fit a large hand size.
