This style of gag is very popular in Japanese BDSM, hence its name.

A pair of leather straps holds a chromed bathroom style plug in place as a gag whilst the wearer is forced to keep their mouth open.

Any time you feel like a bit of 'forced' oral sex, just take the plug out and your slave's mouth is ready for use.

Of course if you want to keep them quiet instead, just put the plug back in and keep them gagged!

The internal diameter of the gag is 1 1/2" or 3.8cm, the external diameter (ie how wide the wearer has to open their mouth) is 1 7/8ths or 4.75 cm.
