You can either use our online shopping cart system with 128 bit secure credit card encryption or post your order to us at A.L. Products, PO Box 151, Southsea, Hants, PO5 1HL, England. If you are posting a cheque, the best way is to print out the invoice from the shopping cart page and send that with your payment.. Yes, we can accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit/ Delta, Maestro, Solo, American Express and JCB cards. Please ensure you include all the information including the Issue Number or Valid From date for Debit cards and the three "security digits" ie the last three numbers on the signature strip. If you pay by card, the statement will just say "A.L.Products Ltd", so there's nothing to tell any other people what you've been buying :-) Postage and Packing to the UK costs 10% of the order value (up to a maximum of £20). Orders over £60 in value will automatically be sent by Special Delivery for speed and insurance. International P&P is 20% of the order value. Yes, if you order by credit card the card company takes care of
all the details, so you pay in your local currency, but we get paid
in Pounds.Please note, however, we can only accept cheques drawn
in Sterling on a UK bank. That does depend on what you are ordering and how busy we are. Most orders are dispatched within a week or even a couple of days of being placed, however being a small company we do get some periods where we have a big order to deal with which takes all our time. We endeavour to dispatch all goods to arrive within 28 days. Please remember that if you pay by cheque we have to collect it from our Post Office Box and wait four working days for it to clear before we can process an order. Yes, we can, but we prefer not to. Wherever possible we deal with orders on a First Come, First Served basis as this is only fair, however if it is for a birthday or a special event we can move an order up the queue. We should point out that this is not our usual policy and we will not appreciate anyone abusing our generosity. If you want an item for a specific date, please ensure that you order early. If you want it for Xmas please order very early!! Yes, you can. Just enter the word VOUCHER in the "Additional Information" box on the first Checkout page. Please remember that you must order the catalogue to qualify! (Note that there is a limit of one £5 discount or free pair of cuffs per customer!) Yes, we can deliver to any country, although we cannot accept liability for postal delays to international destinations. If you want an item which is not in our catalogue or you want modifications to one of our standard items please send us a picture/ drawing and a detailed description of the work you want done and we will be happy to quote you a price. Please note, if you want to attach a picture to an e-mail we would appreciate it if you would ensure that the image is not excessively large. An image 1,024 pixels wide can be resized down to 512 pixels wide which can reduce the file size by three quarters! Yes, all goods are sent in plain wrapping paper and the return address just says "PO Box 151..." so your privacy is ensured. Yes, however note that we must have the Credit or Debit Card "billing address", ie the one where the bills are sent to, in order to be able to validate the transaction. Also please note that if the name on the Shipping Address is not yours, we will include a note to the recipient stating that the goods were ordered from us in their name, this is to prevent anyone using us to harass someone. Your name will also appear on the mailing label above the recipient's name and on theinvoice which will be included.
